About the Role

As a Community Speech Pathologist, you will be working in the Western Sydney area with clients of various ages and abilities. We welcome experienced Speech Pathologists who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
  • Provide speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve participants' quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior roles)
  • Stay informed of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
