Job Title

Renewable Energy Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of major works across utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems.

This role will lead high-performing teams and deliver complex projects to a high standard — safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead construction site activities across renewable energy infrastructure projects
  • Deliver projects according to program, safety and environmental objectives
  • Supervise construction teams and subcontractors, providing clear direction and leadership
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth coordination across disciplines
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, codes of practice, standards and company policies
  • Promote a safety-first culture across all project activities
  • Prepare and review reports, project schedules, forecasts and risk assessments
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience managing construction projects in the renewables, infrastructure or civil sectors
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S and environmental legislation, as well as construction industry standards and practices
  • Proven ability to develop, implement and manage construction programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and contractors effectively
  • Construction White Card and valid driver's licence
