Senior Digital Performance Specialist

Bigwave Digital is seeking a highly analytical and creative Senior Digital Performance Specialist to lead our paid media efforts. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEM strategies across multiple regions, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement SEM strategies for the UK and US markets, while overseeing agency-managed campaigns in Australia.
  • Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions on platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee digital campaigns promoting our marketplace and SaaS offerings to both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Looker Studio, GA4, and other tools to analyze campaign performance, build reports, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Alignment: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on strategies and ensure cohesive direction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads with large budgets.
  • 2+ years of experience with social ads.
  • Experience in international markets, particularly the UK and US.
  • Background in industries such as travel, hospitality, tourism, gifting, or two-sided marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in biddable software, data feed management, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for being hands-on with tools and an aptitude for detailed data analysis.
