This role involves working as both an Instrument and Circulating Nurse across a range of surgical specialties.
About the Role- Responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of surgical setups, stock rotation, and upkeep of surgeons' preference cards.
- Active participation in surgical procedures, maintaining high standards of infection control and safety, and contributing to smooth daily theatre operations.
- Minimum 12 months recent experience as an Instrument and Circulating Nurse is required.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment is essential.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with medical and senior staff, are necessary.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and commitment to best practice are also expected.
