We're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and support the growth of our organisation.
Job SummaryAs a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy and delivering exceptional results. Your expertise in sourcing and talent pipelining will enable us to attract top talent and build a diverse team that reflects our values.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Social Services roles, including sourcing, talent pipelining, and candidate experience.
- Develop and execute innovative inclusive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Support hiring managers in recruitment activity, understanding their business needs and role requirements.
- A strong recruiting background in Social Services, with proven experience in sourcing and talent pipelining.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Workday experience is desirable, but not essential.
- NFP salary packaging benefits, plus meals and entertainment allowances.
- A hybrid working arrangement with minimum 2 days in office.
- Paid parental leave – 12 weeks.
- Up to 8 weeks leave per year through our purchase leave scheme.
