Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization, utilizing your exceptional recruitment skills to drive business results.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across a dedicated area, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver our talent acquisition processes.

You will report into our Team Lead and work closely with a high-performing team of Recruitment professionals. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Working together with clients to understand their recruitment needs
  • Sourcing top talent in the market through effective search strategies
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful placements
  • Managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
