Project Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex transformation projects across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a multi-year transformation roadmap to drive strategic objectives.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end transformation programs to improve business outcomes and reduce enterprise risk.
  • Led the development of status, compliance, financial, and benefits reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Oversaw program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial tracking.
  • Identified, managed, and mitigated program-level risks.
  • Operationalized improvement initiatives by enabling teams and delivering targeted training.
  • Leveraged tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to enhance program delivery.
  • Monitored compliance with delivery frameworks and governance tools.
  • Partnered with the enterprise PMO to align on transformation reporting and program integration.
  • Uplifted program management frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Lead benefits realisation tracking and ensured alignment with strategic business goals.
Requirements:
  • Program and Project Management qualifications and/or exposure in a transformational environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Experience working in a PMO.
  • Extensive experience working to governance principles.
  • Experience in reviewing and facilitating user story development, workshop facilitation, and process mapping.
  • Extensive program management experience leading transformation programs.
  • Proven experience in presenting complex concepts meaningfully.
