About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Clinical Nurse to join our team at Rathdowne Place in Carlton. As a key member of our clinical and care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Care Manager and multidisciplinary team to identify and analyze data on identified indicators and areas of risk.
- Review processes and documentation, and conduct audits, to identify gaps or trends and then implement staff education and continuous quality improvement initiatives in consultation with the Clinical Care Manager and in line with best practice guidelines, organisational policies, and relevant legislation.
- Be able to identify AN-ACC rates in correspondence to resident care needs.
- Support the resident on the journey when they join us.
- Ensure assessments, care strategies, and ongoing documentation to provide the evidence to support AN-ACC funding and track funding for each AN-ACC resident.
- Provide advice and support to Residential Aged Care staff around funding evidence requirements, work along the teams assisting in the resident assessment process.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will have a strong ability to identify and implement areas for improvement initiatives to increase compliance levels and client satisfaction.
- AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Strong ability to identify and implement areas for improvement initiatives to increase compliance levels and client satisfaction.
- Experience in leading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture.
- Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs.
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19.
