Clinical Care Manager Role Summary:

Australian Unity is seeking an accomplished Clinical Care Manager to lead and develop clinical services in our Residential Aged Care facility. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive our clinical care strategy and create a positive, values-based culture within the team.

About the Role:

The Clinical Care Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the coordination of all clinical and care needs for Residential Aged Care residents. This will involve ensuring that service delivery is met to a high standard and working closely with the General Manager to develop and implement actions within the Annual Operation Plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical and care delivery across the RAC facility
  • Develop and implement a range of customer-centred and compliant aged care services
  • Collaborate with the site management team and central support services to deliver high-quality services
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure RAC residents receive services of the required standard
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and strategies to ensure cost-effective delivery of accommodation and services

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience and knowledge regarding AN-ACC funding and NQIP reporting. They will also have knowledge of ACQSC accreditation, procedures, and standards and excellent written and verbal communication skills. An accomplished People Leader with proven experience delivering effective coaching and performance management is essential.
