As a customer service agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by getting behind the wheel of our iconic vans and helping customers receive their orders safely at their doorstep.
For this role, you'll navigate through local neighborhoods to deliver customer shopping during the day or night. You'll also be responsible for picking and packing orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring they're ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders accurately and promptly
- Navigate through local neighborhoods to deliver customer shopping
- A commitment to providing great customer experiences
- An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
- The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
- Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
