Job Description

We seek a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead our organization's learning and development initiatives. The successful candidate will possess expertise in contemporary HR practices, particularly in organizational health and safety, diversity and inclusion, and human resource reporting.

  • The HR Business Partner will design and deliver key L&D initiatives that foster a culture of excellence and drive business results.
  • They will collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic HR advice, champion the organization's culture and values, and deliver impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging L&D offerings that address critical business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with staff and partners with managers and their teams to achieve common goals.
  • Juggle multiple priorities, demonstrate a proactive team player attitude, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HR system or an equivalent modern HR platform.
  • Practical working experience in contemporary HR theory and practice, particularly in OH&S, DE&I, Generalist advice, Recruitment, and HR Reporting.

This role requires a collaborative and strategic thinker who can navigate complex organizational dynamics and prioritize competing demands.
