Job Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, transportation coordination, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Confirm payment for all orders before processing delivery.
  • Coordinate delivery runs by day and locality.
  • Arrange transportation with carriers and obtain quotes as required.
  • Provide top-notch customer service on despatch issues such as delays, special requests, and payment concerns.
  • Liaise with showroom managers to resolve issues related to delivery and despatch of floor stock, special requests, and other matters.
  • Support the marketing and design teams with coordinating showroom changes and photo shoots.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into our system regarding payments, customer details, and customer requests.
  • Liaise with the customer service team to advise of any despatch or final payment issues.
  • Contact customers regarding delivery dates and times of products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow the escalation procedure correctly where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a despatch or coordinator role is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service and customer experience.
  • Able to build strong relationships and engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Able to promote and contribute to a positive work environment.
