Key Responsibilities:- Deliver expert clinical pharmacy care in neonatal and critical care
- Lead safe, ethical, and cost-effective medication use practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient-centered care
- Contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and clinical governance
- Supervise staff and support ongoing professional development
- Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions (e.g., Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Demonstrated experience in clinical pharmacy practice in neonatal services
- Demonstrated therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice
