Warehouse Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily activities of our warehouse ensuring efficiency and productivity. As a key member of the logistics team, you will lead a group of associates to handle goods and materials in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations to meet performance targets
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods and materials
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through monitoring stock movements
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations
  • Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
  • Provide coaching and training to warehouse associates to enhance skills and performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with business objectives
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
