Optical Dispensing and Keyholder

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Optical Dispenser and Keyholder to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.

This is a casual role working in Karrinyup WA 6018. We offer a great blended fashion retail and healthcare experience involving:

  • Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
  • Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
  • Building meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again.
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills. You must also be confident, clear and effective in your communication and able to build trusting and respectful relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in optical, or 2+ years retail sales experience and previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties. An Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired but not essential.
