About the Role

The position of Advanced Social Worker involves providing high-level social work management to adult patients in rehabilitation and geriatric services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer authoritative advice on service delivery issues, clinical service improvement, and professional standards maintenance.
  • Lead change through quality and service improvement activities, partnerships with stakeholders, and better practice development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and support.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Proven experience in leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
