  • Work collaboratively with the team to oversee the positive behaviour support and restrictive practices framework.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and safeguard client well-being.

  • Manage a caseload of individuals with complex behaviour support needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
