We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at DCOH Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate onsite operations according to priorities established by the Site or Project Manager, optimising manpower and resources to meet productivity goals.
- Site Management: Lead DCOH labour crews, effectively delegating tasks and enforcing stringent safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Maintain comprehensive quality records, adhering to DCOH IMS requirements, including daily site diaries and ITPs.
- Contract Management: Manage all contract documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and Construction Program.
- Cost Control: Control project costs to ensure completion within or below budget, including labour, equipment hire, and miscellaneous expenditures.
- Safety Management: Adhere to the Workplace Health and Safety Act and the Project Safety Plan, promoting safety awareness and ensuring compliance with safe equipment and practices.
- Environmental Management: Ensure compliance with NT EPA regulations and adherence to site-specific environmental objectives and targets.
- Proven experience in construction site management, with a strong background in project coordination, quality control, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including safety protocols, quality control procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
