Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished project leader to spearhead a diverse range of projects, encompassing commercial office refurbishments, light industrial ventures including warehouses and workshops, and pioneering greenfield developments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Lead or manage project planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • E nsure adherence to regulatory frameworks and organisational policies.
  • Procure consultants and contractors as needed.
  • Monitor progress against key milestones for time, cost, and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Key Requirements
  • A degree in Property, Construction, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in commercial projects is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Sound financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Proven leadership and project management expertise.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
