As a Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will take on a multifaceted role. This position involves building strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and delivering a consultative service. Your primary goal is to ensure that customers have a delightful experience while helping the team meet its sales objectives.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your daily responsibilities will include driving sales, delivering exceptional service, processing transactions accurately, following up with customers, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining the store's visual appeal.

The variety of this role also includes assisting with warehouse operations such as customer pickups, receiving shipments, and offering knowledgeable assistance to trade clients and builders.

REQUIRED SKILLS...

Significant experience in retail sales or a related field Experience in merchandising Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Mature, self-directed problem-solving skills Strong rapport-building and influencing abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with technology and administrative tasks Physically capable of handling heavy products (up to 20kgs) Availability to work Saturdays (on a roster)
