About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Platypus Shoes in Highlands Marketplace, NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
