Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead our testing team to operational success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing team to deliver fully tested solutions.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to support test delivery and uphold quality standards.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to identify resource needs and build strong relationships.
  • Drive strategic thinking and innovation within the team, advocating for its benefits across the organization.
  • Offer technical advice to facilitate test project delivery.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least eight years' experience in testing or quality assurance, demonstrated experience in training and mentoring staff, two or more years of experience in leading or managing a team, familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies, and the ability to obtain Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC).

Bonus Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in ITIL or equivalent certifications is highly desirable.
