  • The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities ensuring high-quality solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • This role requires strong leadership, advanced testing capability, and experience in both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, entry/exit gates, defect triage, and reporting.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  3. Estimate testing efforts and allocate resources effectively.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers to foster growth and development.
  5. Establish a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  6. Support automation testers in maintaining test frameworks with EasyRepro and MSTest (C#).
  7. Ensure integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  8. Recommend tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing to ensure high-quality solutions.
  10. Track/report defect metrics and quality KPIs to inform decision-making.
  11. Lead forums such as defect triage and test strategy reviews to drive improvement.
  12. Ensure adherence to QA standards and compliance requirements.
  13. Conduct risk assessments and contribute to release decisions to mitigate risks.
  14. Support audits and quality assurance documentation to maintain transparency.

Selection Criteria

  • Max 5000 characters total in one-page pitch (individual responses not required)
  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and align comprehensive test strategies with project goals and timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience uplifting testing maturity across people, process, and tools.
  • Experience with automation testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
