About the role

You will help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake tasks that keep the branch running smoothly as part of the Trade Counter team in Bendigo.

Your daily responsibilities include:
  • Providing customer service and information about products
  • Offering quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring accurate information is provided
  • Helping to keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements:

We're looking for individuals who have:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone
  • A valid driver's licence (pre-hire checks conducted) and are open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • The ability to develop their career - either locally, within our network
