Aged Care Leadership OpportunityThis leadership role combines management skills, knowledge of aged care and strong clinical abilities to coordinate treatment plans. You will work closely with the Facility Manager to continuously improve clinical outcomes for residents.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care consistent with residents' quality of life and level of activity. They will support and develop the team to ensure high-quality care is provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent patient care.
- Support staff development.
- Ensure quality and compliance are maintained.
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with current registration status.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Detailed knowledge of aged care accreditation standards and continuous quality improvement.
