Job Description

The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders and clients, coordinating project resources, scoping and estimating works, and supervising other supervisors.

  • Establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders and clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule all project resources, including labour, plant & equipment, and materials.
  • Undertake tasks related to the estimation of works and oversee the coordination of project resources.
  • Support project management efforts by providing expertise in cost control.
  • Supervise personnel where necessary, and provide guidance to colleagues who are unavailable or already allocated to tasks.
  • Mentor staff members in areas relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist engineers in performing maintenance activities related to dust systems, including inspections and audits.
  • Develop plans for rectification works and assemble a team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Display a thorough understanding of technical documentation and scopes of work.
