Join Our Team as a Senior Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling complex commercial disputes and class actions in the superior courts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage litigation teams in complex commercial disputes and class actions
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key issues and develop effective arguments
  • Prepare and present court documents and arguments
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience in high-end commercial litigation and/or class actions
  • Proven experience in litigating in the higher courts, including the Federal and Supreme Courts
  • Strong technical drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
