In a fast-paced store environment, working with diverse teams of personalities, cultures, backgrounds and beliefs, you'll contribute to delivering a safe, seamless and positive shopping experience for customers in over 800 supermarkets across Australia.

**About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Store Team Member who can ensure stores provide welcoming environments for customers and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, physical fitness and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high standards throughout stores
- Utilize various equipment and products to clean floors, shelving and equipment in a thorough and efficient manner
- Collect trolleys from within and around stores, including car parks, rain or shine
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve common goals and objectives

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences through enthusiasm, energy and pace
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 17kgs and work effectively in a physically demanding environment
- Availability for flexible shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
