Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle/Health, Diversional Therapy, or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Empathy for our residents and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • High level of computing skills.
