Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Help Desk calls in a timely and professional manner to meet KPI timeframes
- Dispatch jobs to the on-site trade team
- Closing off Reactive and Preventative Maintenance service requests in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Carry out general administrative tasks for all departments
- Record, register, and report on feedback received from the Precinct Operator and approved contractors
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in customer service or administration, a 'can-do' attitude, and a knack for people engagement. You will also demonstrate and possess the following:
- Experience in an administrative or similar role
- Proficiency with data entry and proven skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work cooperatively and autonomously within a team environment
