Senior Leader of Workplace Safety

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our wellbeing and safety strategy, ensuring a healthy workplace culture and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Analyse risks and develop comprehensive strategies to mitigate them.
- Establish effective systems, policies, and practices to promote wellbeing and safety.
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver innovative initiatives.
This role requires someone who can lead transformative change, embedding wellbeing and safety across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in leading wellbeing, health and safety functions in large, complex environments.
- Expert knowledge of Work, Health and Safety legislation, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships, fostering trust, inclusion, and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Strong capability in leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and assurance processes to monitor compliance and track performance.
The Director of Wellbeing and Safety will play a key role in shaping our organisational culture, promoting a safe and healthy work environment, and driving business success.
