Employee Relations ManagerThe Opportunity

As a senior specialist, you will support the development of a high-performance culture by managing complex issues such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies and restructures. You will also work on projects that align with talent priorities, including legislative changes and continuous improvement processes.

  • Collaborate with teams to execute strategic talent projects such as acquisitions
