Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced general contractor to undertake various construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of tasks including fencing, basic construction work, and general maintenance.
  • Complete house extensions, renovations, and repairs including bathroom, kitchen, roofing, wall plastering, painting, flooring, and more.
  • Install doors, windows, and other fixtures.
  • Construct decks, pergolas, and other outdoor structures.
  • Repair and replace fascia, skirting boards, and other exterior features.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building, renovation, and construction is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor is necessary.
Preferred Skills
  • Tiling and waterproofing.
  • Plumbing and drainage.
  • Electrical and HVAC work.
  • Fencing and deck construction.
