As an Aboriginal employment specialist, you will provide strategic advice on culturally responsive recruitment practices and collaborate with internal and external partners.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to join a high-performing team within the People, Safety and Culture unit. You will be accountable for effectively partnering with regional stakeholders to deliver comprehensive recruitment support, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes.
You will contribute specialized knowledge to regional stakeholders and the Recruitment Services Unit on Aboriginal cultural issues and employment-related policies, fostering a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted hiring initiatives to meet operational requirements across Corrections Victoria
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for executive appointments where required across Corrections Victoria
- Provide expert advice and guidance to regional stakeholders and the Recruitment Services Unit on Aboriginal cultural issues and employment-related policies
