In your capacity as the primary contact for clients at our Rockhampton location, your foremost objective will be to guarantee that our clients receive exceptional service concerning their equipment needs.

Your Role Will Involve a Variety of Responsibilities, Including:

  • Responding to client inquiries in person, via phone, and through email
  • Creating hire schedules, generating quotes, and managing invoicing
  • Overseeing equipment deliveries, transfers, pickups, repairs, and breakdowns
  • Occasionally assisting clients and colleagues in the yard with equipment loading
