As a Development Assessment Planner, you will provide expert advice and undertake assessments on planning and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with Council policies and statutory requirements. Your role will involve liaising with internal and external customers, negotiating disputes, preparing reports, and conducting special assignments related to complex matters.
Key Requirements include tertiary qualifications in town planning or environmental planning, computer literacy with expertise in MS office and GIS mapping, experience in negotiation and/or mediation, and application of interpersonal skills.
