We're seeking a seasoned operations expert to oversee our day-to-day activities, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.

  • Manage office resources, equipment, and facilities to maintain optimal productivity.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and enforce up-to-date policies and procedures to drive business success.
  • Lead and coordinate the administration team to achieve shared goals.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and staff leave to minimize disruptions.
  • Support HR and recruitment processes to foster a positive work culture.
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing reception and client inquiries.
