As a seasoned operational expert, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and contribute to the business's profitability and growth through quality assistance.

The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team in a hands-on capacity while ensuring the safety of the Distribution Centre and its employees. They guarantee employees are productive and work according to established company guidelines and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safety policies and procedures
  • Team Organisation and motivation
  • KPI Reporting aligning with Distribution Centre targets
  • Daily performance review meetings and input provision
  • Stock Accuracy and store order accuracy for strong customer availability
