Job Opportunity

Rolleston Open Cut is a 16 million-tonne-per-annum thermal coal mine located in the southern Bowen Basin.

We have grown to become one of the largest surface mines in Australia, fostering a culture underpinned by safety, achievement, flexibility and teamwork.

About This Role

This key leadership position offers variety and challenging work across a broad range of HR and IR/ER functions.

  • To contribute to the effective implementation of our HR strategy at Rolleston Open Cut.
  • Coaching and supporting frontline leaders.
  • IR/ER management.
  • Facilitating and conducting investigations.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing coaching and support to frontline leaders.
  • Managing IR/ER issues.
  • Investigating incidents and providing recommendations.
