We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to create innovative digital resources that enhance learning outcomes.
- Partner with Educators to design high-quality digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice.
- Deliver training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.
- Apply templates, processes, and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
- Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.
- The ability to respond appropriately to a wide range of clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service.
