Global Transfer Pricing Specialist

As a seasoned Transfer Pricing Manager, you will oversee the execution of compliance requirements for diverse clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. This role involves designing and implementing transfer pricing strategies for clients, encompassing complex financing transactions.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes, guaranteeing alignment with policies and regulations. Additionally, the Transfer Pricing Manager will manage firm-related administrative tasks, including billings and risk management, to maintain operational efficiency.
In this capacity, you will guide and delegate tasks to junior team members, supporting their growth and maintaining workflow. Developing strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction is also a key responsibility.
Other key responsibilities include proactively identifying advisory opportunities and supporting clients on complex transfer pricing matters. You will also assist clients during ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes, coordinating with local and international stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global accounting firm and/or multinational organisation. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple compliance deadlines is essential, as well as comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations.
Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications are required, along with strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset. Ability to independently develop and sustain client relationships is also necessary, as is being a team player who can work autonomously when needed.
