Job Overview

F fetch is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to join their team and contribute to exciting, high-profile retail projects. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards.

About the Role

  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain a fortnightly project schedule, coordinate with trades, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for centre management, retail stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely updates.
  • Project Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project timelines, quality, and safety standards, making adjustments as necessary to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site inductions, managing onsite OH&S, and maintaining excellent working relationships with centre management, retail clients, and project representatives.

Project Scope

  • Retail food court and shopping centre spaces
  • Commercial office fitouts

Location & Travel

While most projects are based in Queensland, some travel and fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) work may be required due to the varied project locations. Flexibility and willingness to travel are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in the retail fitout market
  • Strong understanding of OH&S protocols and experience conducting site inductions
  • Proven experience with scheduling and managing trades
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with high-level stakeholders

Estimated Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
