About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project timelines and milestones with stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and expenses in conjunction with the operational team
  • Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including tender submissions and contract negotiations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Buildsoft and/or CostX
  • Experience working on multi-story residential, retail, and industrial projects
  • Excellent relationships-building skills
