An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, strengthen partnerships, drive account performance, and deliver an exceptional travel management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, delivering high-quality service and fostering ongoing strategic engagement.
- Nurture client relationships through tailored training presentations and manage the integration and onboarding of new clients.
- Drive account performance through comprehensive reviews and spend analysis, while negotiating with suppliers to maximise value and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and manage key relationships with travel and tech partners to optimise client outcomes.
- Drive account growth by identifying client needs and delivering tailored services with value-focused solutions.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Proven experience in corporate travel account management or business management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive efficiencies.
- Excellent relationship management skills with corporate clients and travel industry suppliers.
- Confidence presenting insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of travel technology platforms and industry trends.
