Director of Service Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our service team as Director of Service.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering autonomy, creative freedom, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with schools and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with schools and partner on events and community engagement initiatives
  • Plan and deliver enriching experiences for children every day, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff, promoting a culture of respect, trust, and open communication
  • Lead and manage a team of passionate educators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage medical documentation effectively
  • Act as a liaison between TeamKids and school communities, facilitating collaboration and mutual understanding
