We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the property and its surroundings are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks in both indoor and outdoor public spaces, meeting established cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Utilize specialized cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide concierge-like services to residents, including managing key security, responding to inquiries, and handling deliveries while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
- Oversee the cleanliness of shared amenities such as the pool, gym, and restrooms, ensuring proper sanitation and supply levels.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A quick learning ability and comfort working independently.
- Physical fitness and a willingness to go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles within a commercial setting (preferred but not essential).
- A strong customer service orientation, focused on exceeding resident expectations.
- Reliability and availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English.
- Valid work rights in Australia.
