Operational Excellence Manager

Elevate standards and foster a culture of high performance as an Operational Excellence Manager. Drive strategic decision-making, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee labor planning, financial performance, and compliance across venues.

  • Leadership & Talent Development: Foster senior leaders through recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning; activate training and upskilling initiatives to drive growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee labor planning, financial performance, and compliance, ensuring cost management, rostering, and reporting accuracy.
  • Guest Experience & Product: Champion world-class service, guide food and beverage strategy, and support entertainment and marketing initiatives aligned with brand expectations.
  • Performance & Culture: Conduct coaching sessions, drive employee engagement through feedback and recognition, and ensure clarity in roles and growth pathways.
  • Compliance & Safety: Partner with People & Culture to uphold HR procedures, WHS standards, and legal obligations across the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years in a group operations or precinct-level role, preferably within hospitality or entertainment.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably at a group level or within large-format venues.
  • Exceptional leadership capability – someone who lifts standards while lifting their team.
  • Strong product knowledge across food, beverage, and guest experience.
  • A hands-on, people-first approach with a passion for mentoring and operational excellence.
