Marketing Strategic Programs Lead

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategic Programs Lead to drive the execution of strategic marketing activities and partner marketing programs.
- Develop and execute strategic partner marketing plans, supporting in the assessment of future partners, and leading marketing efforts for varied strategic programs across retail, digital, customer strategy, insights and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet objectives, contributing to new product and proposition development, segmentation strategy, acquisition and retention efforts.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external strategic partners, external agencies and the in-house creative studio.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Agency and/or Campaign Management.
- Strong project management skills and advanced understanding and application of marketing strategy principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work within a matrix team structure in a highly regulated industry to deliver business outcomes.
