Account Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Sydney-based Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow relationships with key clients, increase sales and revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer call cycles to new and existing customers addressing their needs and enquiries.
  • Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives, including tracking and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct intelligence research.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:

For this role we are looking for someone with:

  • Account management experience within the packaging industry, preferably in manufacturing and label manufacturing.
  • Experience in printing and packaging is desirable.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Cert IV in Business or similar is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with flexibility and adaptability to changing workload.
  • A valid driver's license.
