Job Role:

As a Support Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable members of our community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support services that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Current certification in AIN/PCA/PCW
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
